2nd time staying at the this hotel. room is spacious with a great view of the city. staff was always very helpful. washing machine and dryer were available but i was afraid to use them as they were already rusty. overall, it was a good experience.

We had a jacuzzi room on the 36th floor and were amazed with the size and the view from the room. Some of the decor was a little dated and could do with an upgrade, but it seems they are working on this because the lobby has been recently renovated and is amazing. The staff are super friendly and very helpful with developed English skills. The location is fantastic with a large number of great restaurants and spas within walking distance and the Benchakitti Park and lake literally across the road. Access to two of the main train lines, the El and the Metro is also a short walk from the hotel. There is a great view from the horizon swimming pool on the 25th floor and 2 restaurants in the building (we found these a little expensive and prefer the Thai restaurants available down the road) the Foodland supermarket/ pharmacy/ diner is next door and open 24hrs, so super convenient. An evening walk through Benchakutti Park on the skywalk is a must. We loved our 3 night stay here.

Stayed here several times in the past years. Great location with easy access to Sukhumvit Road, BTS Skytrain Asok, Shops, Restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately it didn’t improve over the years. Restaurant closed, Patio closed, Gym closed. It’s been under refurbishment. Hope it comes out better than before.

Great facilities and rooms and hands down one of the better rooms in town. Spacious rooms with panoramic views of Bangkok and with in room laundry machine and driers. Also close to the rail BTS and terminal 21 malls as well as the Benchakitti park. Lots of food places nearby too. Stayed for workshop and extended into vacation stay

8 minutes walk to terminal 21, a huge supermarket next door, across the street a great food market. large beautiful room, well equipped kitchen, breathtaking view from the balcony. nice cleaning staff and from the reception especially the very competent Anchana. thank you very much, will be happy to come back. only the pool area is really not nice
